On March 20 – 22, 2026, over 350 Zetas and Amicae will convene at Marriott Owings Mills Metro Centre, in Owings Mills, MD.

We are proud to announce the guiding theme for our 2026 Maryland State Leadership Conference: The Power of S.H.E.: Guided by Purpose and Inspired by Vision.

The Power of S.H.E. (also known as The Extraordinary Power of S.H.E.) is an opportunity for Zetas worldwide to be intentional about advancing Social, Health, and Economic Justice for women at home and abroad. Guided by Purpose reflects the essence of our collective journey and reminds us that every step we take is rooted in service, sisterhood, and the unwavering commitment to uplift our communities. It is a call to remain steadfast in our mission, ensuring that our actions are intentional and impactful.

Inspired by Vision speaks to the future we are shaping together. It is a celebration of leadership that is bold, innovative, and transformative. Our vision is to build a path to excellence that honors our Zeta legacy and empowers future generations.

Together, this theme embodies the strength of women who lead with clarity, courage, and compassion. When women move with intention and hope, we create space, possibility, connection, and light. It is a reminder that leadership is about influence, integrity, and the ability to inspire others to rise.

As we continue to embrace The Extraordinary Power of S.H.E., let us carry forward the torch of unity and vision, ensuring that our work continues to shine and progress. In addition to cultivating our full leadership capacity, we will galvanize as a State to elevate our commitment by addressing health justice affecting Maryland older adults and empowering economic justice and independence.
