Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., State of Maryland, negotiated conference rates for a block of sleeping rooms at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland. To ensure that those Sorors who register for the conference can secure conference accommodations, everyone who has booked a room at the hotel must be registered for the conference on or before midnight on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The State of Maryland reserves the right to remove your hotel room from the meeting block if you are not listed as a paid attendee with the Conference Registrar. If you are booking more than one room, we will request the name(s) of those Sorors in the other room(s) so that we may also confirm that their registration has also been received by the Conference Registrar.
