Before registering for the 2027 MDSLC, please familiarize yourself with the registration policies.

Zeta Graduate, Zeta Life Member, Crystal Dove, Undergraduate, and Amicae

Registration includes admission to business meetings, social event, certifications (Zetas only), continental breakfast, awards luncheon, night party, inspirational breakfast, workshops, vendors pass, and conference amenities.

Registration Deadlines:

Dates:

Early Registration must be RECEIVED by December 5, 2026.
Regular Registration must be RECEIVED by January 29, 2027.
Late Registration must be RECEIVED by February 5, 2027.

There will be NO on-site registration.

Registration Desk:

Registrants can pick up their badges, registration materials, and conference gifts during the following times.

Friday, February 19, 2027: 7:00 AM -12:00 PM, 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Saturday, February 20, 2027: 6:00 AM -10:00 AM

Policies:

Registration for the 2027 Maryland State Leadership Conference (MDSLC) will be online/electronic. Each registrant is permitted only one registration submission.

Underage Drinking:

By registering for the 2027 MDSLC, the registrant acknowledges and understands that it is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to possess and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Registrant further acknowledges and understands that it is unlawful to aid, assist, or permit a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to participate in these activities.

Photography & Video Release Authorization:

Photographs will be taken during the 2027 MDSLC. Attendees grant permission for the organization to use their images, including for publication on the International, Regional, and State websites, social media pages, newsletters, etc.

Badge/Registration Material Pick-Up:

Pre-printed badge and registration materials will be held at the registration desk. Each registered attendee will be able to pick up ONLY their registration material during the posted registration hours. Attendees should be prepared to display their government-issued photo identification to receive conference materials. Registrants should wear their conference badge throughout the entire event, as the badge is needed to enter all conference meetings, workshops and events included in the registration fees.

- Transfers/Substitutions must be submitted by the Chapter President and emailed to the Conference Registrar at registrar@zphibmaryland.org.
- Changes will not be permitted after February 5, 2027.
  There are no refunds. You may request a registration transfer only by emailing the Conference Registrar at registrar@zphibmaryland.org.

All payments must be completed at the time of registration.

Zeta Graduate Early Registration: $325.00 (deadline: December 5, 2026)

Zeta Graduate Regular Registration: $385.00 (deadline: January 29, 2027)

Zeta Graduate Late Registration:$425.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

Zeta Life Member Registration: $295.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

Zeta Crystal Dove Registration: $295.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

Zeta Undergraduate Registration: $250.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

Zeta Amicae Registration: 220.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

Zeta Soror Guest Regular Registration: $415.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

Zeta Soror Guest Late Registration: $450.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

The following tickets are included in the conference registration. Sales for the à la carte events will begin in January 2027.

Awards Luncheon: $85.00 (deadline: February, 5 2027)

MDSLC Host Chapter Night Party: $55.00 (deadline: February 18, 2027)

Finer Womanhood Inspirational Brunch: $55.00 (deadline: February 5, 2027)

Acknowledgements:

The registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the State of Maryland of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for any claims, losses, liability, and/or damages caused by the registrant’s failure to adhere to the laws and policies related to underage drinking and/or gambling.

Registrant further acknowledges that failure to adhere to Federal, State, County, and Municipal laws and/or policies shall be grounds for immediate dismissal from the conference, notwithstanding the payment of registration fees, which shall not be reimbursed.
