Dear Sorors, Amicae, and Guests:

It is with great pleasure that I request your presence at our 2024 Maryland State Leadership Conference (MSLC). On March 15 – 17, 2024, Zetas and Amicae will convene at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport, in Linthicum Heights, MD.

This year’s theme – Embracing Your Extraordinary SELF, was envisioned to embark on this never-ending journey of self-discovery, growth and be confident in the knowledge that we have the power to become the best version of ourselves.  Our business sessions and embellishment workshops will enhance our personal and leadership skills to better influence ourselves and the communities we serve. In addition to cultivating our full leadership capacity, we will galvanize as a State to recognize Zeta’s Power of S.H.E. to address a health justice issue affecting Maryland women and men by empowering economic independence.

On Friday, we open the conference with a women’s empowerment summit featuring dynamic speakers to create a robust personal development experience that inspires, connects, and affirms your God-given purpose. On Saturday, as we continue the business of Zeta, our Undergraduates will host us at the Awards Luncheon and later, we will ‘glow up’ and have fun at our Host Party Night, appropriately themed, Let’Z Glow CraZy. On Sunday, we will celebrate my favorite Zeta ideal, with a Finer Womanhood Inspirational Breakfast.

The venue, the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport, is 10 minutes from the BWI Airport, six miles from Arundel Mills Mall, and a 20-minute drive to downtown Baltimore. The venue features an indoor pool, on-site dining, and a fitness center.
